Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the fb002 online gaming platform at fb002.net, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and fb002 (the "Company," "Platform," or "We").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the fb002 platform and close your account. Continued use of fb002 following any posted update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on fb002, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing fb002 from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of fb002, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from fb002 or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any recognized responsible gaming authority.

fb002 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by fb002 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on fb002. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your fb002 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You further agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. fb002 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fb002 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. fb002 will treat all activity conducted through your account as having been authorized by you, unless you have notified us of unauthorized access in writing.

Deposits & Payments

All deposits made to your fb002 account are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). fb002 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at fb002's discretion.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status, and are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of deposit. fb002 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. fb002 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed, and the associated fb002 account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Deposits are generally credited to your fb002 account instantly or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• In the event of a failed or delayed deposit, you should contact fb002 customer support with your transaction reference number.
• fb002 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.
• Deposited funds that have not been used for wagering within 12 consecutive months of inactivity may be subject to an administrative fee as outlined in the Dormant Account policy.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your fb002 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
• Any active bonus funds or wagering requirements attached to your account balance must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be initiated.
• fb002 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfer withdrawals.

fb002 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. You will be notified if additional documentation is required. Withdrawals may be declined if fb002 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

fb002 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all fb002 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• fb002 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• fb002 reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings and close accounts where it determines that bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms has occurred.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the fb002 platform — including slots, live dealer games, Tongits Go, Bombing Fishing, bingo, and all other titles — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on fb002, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

fb002's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fb002 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. fb002 operates in compliance with the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of fb002, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to regulatory compliance or licensing matters, players may also escalate concerns to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels. fb002 cooperates fully with all PAGCOR regulatory processes and investigations.
